1.0 Data collection, processing and use of personal data

We do not collect any personal data through our website unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it - e.g. for online services - or you have consented to it, or unless otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations for the protection of your personal data.

All personal data collected within the scope of our online services will be processed and used in accordance with the applicable regulations for the protection of personal data, only for the purpose of contract processing and to secure our own business interests with regard to the consultation and support of our customers and the needs-based product design.

This information must be passed on internally during the application process. Kurz Elektronik GmbH is responsible for data collection and processing.

If you apply by email, we process data that is necessary for the application process. This data includes:

- Contact data (address, telephone numbers)
- Curriculum vitae
- Certificates/Qualifications
- Written correspondence between the applicant and   the HR department (e.g. questions about the job).

If storage is not necessary, e.g. if no setting is made, the data will be deleted immediately. All applicant data will be deleted after six months after application procedure is closed.

You can obtain information about your stored personal data at any time. In addition, you have the right to deletion, restriction of processing, data transferability and, in the event of inaccuracy of your data, correction (cf. Art. 15-20 DSGVO).

Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

4.2 Right of appeal

Complaints can be submitted to a data protection supervisory authority. The right of appeal may be exercised before a supervisory authority in the Member State of the place of stay or of the place where the alleged infringement was committed.

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit our website. You can delete the cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly and to speed up enquiries. Some elements of our website require that the calling browser can be identified even after a page change.
